3. Project Engagement
Each engagement begins with a mutually agreed scope, timeline, and pricing structure. Any additional requirements or scope changes may require revised estimates and timelines.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for their project. Scoryn Co. retains ownership of: • Internal frameworks • Libraries and reusable components • Tools and methodologies • Pre-existing intellectual property Unless otherwise agreed, we reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.
5. Payment Terms
Standard payment structure: • 50% advance before work begins • Remaining balance upon project completion For larger projects, milestone-based payments may apply. Late payments may incur additional charges, and projects may be paused until dues are cleared.
6. Revisions & Scope Changes
Reasonable revisions are included during agreed stages. Requests outside the approved scope may require additional time and charges. Scope changes can affect timelines and delivery dates.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing: • Timely feedback • Required assets and content • Access credentials where necessary • Approvals within agreed timelines Delays from the client side may impact project schedules.
8. Confidentiality
Scoryn Co. treats client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose sensitive information without written consent, except where required by law.
9. Third-Party Services
Projects may integrate third-party platforms and services including: • Supabase • Netlify • OpenAI • WhatsApp Business • Google services • Meta platforms • Stripe or Razorpay Scoryn Co. is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
Scoryn Co.'s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or loss-of-profit damages resulting from the use of our services.
11. Warranties
While we strive for high-quality deliverables, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that services will always be error-free. All services are provided on an "as-is" basis unless otherwise specified in writing.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Clients remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Any unpaid balances become immediately due.
13. Force Majeure
Scoryn Co. shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or third-party failures.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in India.
15. Changes to Terms
Scoryn Co. may modify these Terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
